Hi, I'm Stormy Granzig. I have been involved with body building and pro wrestling for over 20 years. In this blog you will learn about my past, what I am doing in the present, and what I have planned for the future.

You can find me working at my gym in Orlando, Florida most days helping people as a Personal Trainer. The gym is called "The Orange Avenue" gym and it is the oldest weight lifting gym in America. It was opened in 1954 by a power lifter and professional wrestler named Milo Steinborn.

I was trained by a guy named Dick "The Bruiser". As you can imagine, learning anything from a guy named Bruiser was never easy. I have wrestled some of the biggest names in the wrestling business and spend my weekends working various shows around the South Eastern United States.
